Lanie performed in Centerstage Dance Studio's recital the first week in June. She did a great job dancing Hip Hop to "Space Jam". The whole family went and cheered her on.
Kaleigh decided to play softball this year. It is a short season but a lot of really hot practices. She did a great job backing up the 2nd and 3rd basemen and got better throughout the season at hitting. Lots of games were cancelled because of rain and the team struggled to win very many games, but she was a great sport about it and still enjoyed her time with friends.
Last day of the 2017-2018 school year. Goodbye 6th, 7th and 8th grade!
Kaleigh spends nearly every afternoon at the pool and has quite the tan! Lanie and I have gone a few times inbetween vacation and camps. Always wonderful to find them playing together:)
Lanie worked on her Camping badge. The girls had to set up this tent 3 times and also go for a night hike. We listened to poems about night time, ate camping snacks and then walked around Robison Wildlife Acres.
Date time! Kaleigh and I went to see Incredibles 2 and then out for icecream at Coldstone Creamery.
This month was also our annual family vacation. This year we went to Cape Cod and Boston, Massachusetts. It is a beautiful place and lots of wonderful family memories were made.
