Social Distancing Day 13

No pictures from yesterday but it felt good to get outside in the afternoon to clean up the yard.  I raked leaves, Matthew and Lanie picked up sticks and Carter mulched the leaves with the mower.  Then we all threw the frisbee around for a while.

Today we had planned to drive to a State Park south of us, but I got nervous with all the cases popping up in Polk County so instead we just made the short drive to Hickory Grove Park.  Lots of construction going on but we still go out to walk around for a while. I wore my new hiking boots and they felt great!  I also learned that the park has some spots for reservations, which is nice, even though I bet they go fast:)  Maybe someday be able to use one.

The kids are rebelling against doing ANYTHING.  I feel like I've got to have some sort of routine in their lives or all they'll do is stare at screens.  Carter says he's going back to work next week because he's tired of being home.  I'm definitely finding ways to fill my days; filled with so many things I always wished I had time for:)  I've now created version 3.0 of the kids and my work menus.
