At the beginning of March I had a back injury and was about as slow moving as you can be. After a week of just hoping it would go away I gave in and went to my chiropractor friend Jason. After 3 sessions he got me healed enough to run the Leprechaun Chase 10K with some girl friends! After running it though, probably because I didn't train at all and because my back really wasn't healed yet, I was laid up for almost 2 more weeks:( It is amazing how tired you can feel and little you can get done when your back hurts:( By the end of the month the kids and I were all sick and once again not able to do much. April is going to be a much better month!!
The 10K WAS a great way to start Spring Break though!!
