It's SO nice to have time on our winter break to do the little things that will be memories of our time together, forever. It's funny how I have it in my brain that it's freezing outside and it's hard to get out the door, but once I'm out and playing with the kids, it's really NOT that cold. The snow wasn't good snowman making snow, but we tried anyway. We used a carrot for a nose, and some of Gracie's dog food for eyes and a mouth. Suspiciously the dog food was gone within a couple days, too.
Lanie was cold after building the snowman, so she went inside. Carter and I headed out back to tackle Pat and Larry's hill a couple times together. See how well his new glasses are working!
