Matthew and I were invited by friend Jeremy and Mindy to do a bike ride called the Urban Assault Ride in Des Moines. It was a lot of fun and exhausting! We rode from place to place between Des Moines and West Des Moines and collected feet to add to our necklaces. We reached 7 checkpoints! A few of the checkpoints were obstacle courses or puzzles:) The ride only ended up being about 26 miles, but felt like 100! Don't think I'm ready for Ragbrai yet:)
